The panel discussion will be moderated by Deb Kleinman, Colorado Chapter Executive Director.
Panelists include:
Carmen Rhodes
Carmen coordinates FRESC's civic engagement program and the Campaign to Rebuild the American Dream in addition to providing executive oversight of all aspects of the organization.
She convenes the Colorado Apollo Alliance and also serves on the Board of the national Partnership for Working Families, the Colorado Community Organizing Collaborative, and an Advisory Task Force on Diversity in Employment and Contracting for the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA).
Martha Roberts
Martha works at the the Environmental Defense Fund's Rocky Mountain office. Martha will speak about the wide variety of green jobs that are currently out there.
Richard Eidlin
Mr. Eidlin has focused on policy analysis, business growth and market development strategies in the clean energy industry for the past twenty years. He is a long-time advocate for sustainability and triple bottom line business practices. As a consultant to the Apollo Alliance since 2005, Richard is responsible for recruiting private companies to support Apollo’s federal and state based policy initiatives. This includes engaging companies in green collar jobs and workforce development programs.
He has worked for several leading solar energy system integration firms. This includes Denver based SolSource, Inc. where he currently provides business development support and directs the firm’s marketing efforts.
